Please complete the following procedures to reset the password: 

1. Click the ´Log in´ button located in the top right corner. 
2. Click ´Reset password’.Reset Password.
3. Enter your email (ID), click ´I´m not a robot,´ and click ´Send´ to send a password reset link to your email.
4. Open the email and click .
5. Reset the password.
6. Now you can log in and use our services with an updated password. 

※ To secure assets, you can´t use withdrawal services for 24 hours after reset your password.

1. After Login, click your user account located at the top right corner and click My Page. 
2. Click [OTP Setting] and check the methods.
3. Enter OTP code and click. [Setup OTP]

[In case of fail to set up Google OTP]
The mobile setup for the date and other settings might be set up manually.
- Go to Setting> General> Date and Time and switch the setup to be automatic. 
- In case of changing a mobile device, terminate the OTP use from your old device and set up a new OTP in the new device. 
- If you already changed your mobile device without terminating the OTP from the old device, you need to reset the OTP setting. 

In case of OTP reset, you can´t use the withdrawal service for 24 hours.
You can reset the OTP after our team´s confirmation.

1. Click the ´Deposit/Withdraw´ tab after login.
2. Select a cryptocurrency to transfer and create a deposit wallet address.
3. Use QR code or copy the created wallet address.
4. Check the transfer/transaction status on Deposit/Withdraw history.
