1. Click the ´Deposit/Withdraw´ tab after login.
2. Select a cryptocurrency to transfer and create a deposit wallet address.
3. Use QR code or copy the created wallet address.
4. Check the transfer/transaction status on Deposit/Withdraw history. 

※ * Make sure whether the deposit wallet address is entered correctly before the transfer.

- Password reset: unable to withdraw cryptocurrency for 24hr.
- Mobile number update: unable to withdraw cryptocurrency for 24hr.
- For secure transactions, certain Coins may be locked up for 72hr.

- You can´t cancel the cryptocurrency transfer once it is completed.
- Entering the wrong wallet address may result in loss.
- Make sure to double-check the wallet address before the transfer.
- All the actual transfer is handled on blockchain or Ethereum network; we can´t provide any assistance on the related issue. 

Deposit transaction time may differ on each cryptocurrency.
However, if there are excessive unfilled orders, the transaction may get delayed.
